Romaine lettuce with Gorgonzola cheese, baby tomatoes and crispy bacon
Spinach salad with strawberries, Parmesan and honey-pecan vinaigrette

COURSE TWO—CHOOSE ONE:

Slow roasted Cornish Hen with fluffy Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, Baby green beans and balsamic jus
Griddled Atlantic salmon cakes with creamy polenta, sautéed spinach, chive infused oil and balsamic reduction
Chargrilled sliced flank steak with roasted potato, carmelized onions and truffled spinach
